All prices include basic structure, pointed or plastered and painted. All interior walls plastered and painted. All doors (interior and exterior) and windows. Exterior grilles on windows and doors. 

All interior fittings to specific standard and quality including, bathrooms and kitchen. All electric and plumbing installations and other installations agreed at the time of contract.

Approximate price per sq m is: €1,300-€1,600. This is a new build with the exterior entirely constructed using local natural stone blocks. A 100 square metre house costs approximately €130.000-€160.000. All building work included in this estimate is to a specific standard and quality.
