Renovations and Reforms

REFORM: In this case an 80 sq m, narrow, 100+ year-old agricultural casita was converted into a 200+ sq m outstanding home with rustic and, whereever possible, original exterior and interior features preserved. The rock the property stands upon was occasionally used inside the house giving it an organic and unique charm. The property can be powered by a mixture of solar, wind and generator. Water can be supplied by a local fresh water spring source and drainage can feed into the property's own or shared septic tank.

Cost approximately €600-€800 per square metre. All building work included in the estimate is to a specific standard and quality. Below is the renovation and construction process and progress shown in slide shows.
