NEW BUILD: This project was essentially a new build with a few extras. It was brick built, plastered & rendered plus white exterior paint finish. The building was designed and created by Alicante Property's master-builder - a property that fits perfectly and aesthetically into the local area. The property's design is very typical of this region with its arched naya (ground floor terrace) for shade and breeze during the hot summer months and the second storey above.

The small stone room on the right of the house was a tiny ruin that was renovated. Dry stone walling and terracing was added as part of the landscaping for the property. Cost approximately €700-€900 per sq m. All building work included in this estimate is to a specific standard and quality.
